How to style dri fit Nike polos for business casual conference?

My company gives these Nike dri fit polo shirts as their ‘uniform’. We have to wear them at a conference and I am having a hard time styling it with something that’s not jeans and a loafer or regular flats.

I have multiple colors. Purple, green, black, dark gray, light blue, light black, blue, white.
