Albania on US Visa

Hello! Idk if this is the right sub for this but I have a valid US f1 student visa (until 2028). However, I don’t have f1 status anymore (no valid Sevis/I-20 - I dropped it when I re-entered the US using my advance parole from my pending AOS/green card application). Can I still use my US f1 visa stamp to travel to Albania? Their website says I can travel there visa free if I hold a residence permit or valid visa to the USA. I don’t have a valid I-20 anymore, so curious to hear if it’s needed or not, or if I should just apply for an e-visa to enter Albania. If this isn’t the right group, please guide me to where I can post this question.
