Swimming Molokai Channel later this year

I’m posting on behalf of a close friend who’ll be attempting the Molokai Channel later this year. She’s already completed 3 of the World Major swims, so she’s experienced—but we’re looking to connect her with the right communities for local knowledge and support.

Would love your help with:

• Recommendations for open water swim groups / communities in Hawaii
• Any escort boat crews, kayakers, or pilot contacts you’d suggest?
• Active forums, WhatsApp groups, or clubs where Molokai swimmers hang out
• Coaches or organizers who specialize in channel swims in the region

If you’ve done Molokai (or supported someone who has), even a small lead or intro would mean a lot.
