Image source (file name) from a database export

lol there maybe someone out there that knows the answer… this is a long shot of a post. I apologize if it come across confusing I am trying to figure things out as I go and doing my best 😅 We have a client management platform that we have started to use for all of our documentation including signatures. The downside is for some forms we need the physical copy. I’m able to export all the data (including signatures) and my hope was to use some merge to repopulate the physical forms. A part from what we can export I don’t have the individual image files or a source beyond the spreadsheet. Between Adobe Pro / In design and word they all indicate you need a file source for an image.

So I guess … my main question is does an image in an excel cell have a source file if it was just copied and pasted from an online database ?

Is there a way beyond individually saving each photos to create a file source ?

Edit to add link to an image My example
