My buff Orpington (new chicken owner)

My girls are about 10 weeks old. They have been living inside the guest bedroom until the weather is stable enough to put the out. But I have been letting they go to the run on warmer days for an hr or two. Yesterday I noticed my buffs voice changed it sounds like a honking noise not sure if that’s normal for buffs and changed in voice happenings over night. But I was worried and kept an eye on her. Last night she was panting and her wings were out and she was really weak. I looked it up and thought maybe she was really hot. I put her feet in cold water and put a fan in her room. She drank one sip of water 15 mins later and ate a little but still was really weak. She did stop panting and stop spreading her wings a few minutes after cooling her. This morning she is still weak but she is alert and talking to me. She does still sound like a horn. Any thoughts? She is one of my favorite and it would hurt if something happened to her. 💔
