Just rescued then hen off the side of the road, is she sick?

I have her separated from the others, but i checked her feathers, no mites or lice, but what’s going on with her behind? It has a sweet foul smell to it and looks wet in addition to the matted poop. Also, is this just dirt on her comb? she’s eating and drinking normal
