Has anyone flown with day old chicks?

Does anyone have experience flying with chicks? LSS, I'll be traveling with 25 day old chicks. I'd rather fly 1.5 hours than drive all day. A couple of quick searches say that two airlines will accept 8 week+ vaccinated dogs/cats only. But maybe someone knows something that I don't. :D (These are specially bred dual-purpose birds from a breeder well known for amazing quality birds. The breeder does not ship. It was my lucky day when the fam decided to vacation in this area. Literally 25 birds, 1 stone. I'll drive if I have to, but I'd rather not.)
