Trying out UV sleeves for aesthetic/practicality

Do the sleeves work as an alt assessory or is it more sport wear? I wish they were longer. When I bend my elbow they start to look funny cuz they're stretched way too much, but maybe people who wear tights regularly can tell me if that's just to be expected.
