2 week old chick sneezing

I have a 2 week old chick. She has been consistently sneezing (~1 sneeze per minute) for 2 days. Her eyes and nostrils look normal (no discharge or crust), and she is otherwise acting completely fine. Eating and drinking as normal.

Is this a common occurrence with chicks? Is it likely just irritation from dust (i swapped the bedding last night from pine shavings to pellets just in case, but still sneezing)?

More info: i also brought her to the vet yesterday and after 2 hours they said they "didn't see her sneeze" which i think is complete bullshit as she sneezes every 30 seconds. But they also did her vitals and listened to her lungs and said she was fine.

Anyways, i am new to chick ownership so any advice greatly appreciated
