Does anyone have experience with dyeing eyebrows? I have black eyebrows and I want to have blonde hair so of course my eyebrows don’t match it. What exactly should I use and what does it look like when new hairs grow in? Will the difference be very noticeable when they grow out? I was also thinking about getting powder brows done in a lighter shade, would dyeing them ruin the treatment if bleach is used?
