What can I use to cover a tattoo?

I'm getting a neck tattoo but I work in a kitchen, even if I have other colleagues with tattoos Id like to cover mine during work and IDK what to use, my best idea was bandaids or a trutleneck but it's not ideal in the kitchen heat
