I live in Hawaii where’s there’s wild chickens and I found this gem Zoey ♥️

It was exhausting trying to care for her at first when she was 1 day old and I didn’t have the right equipment. Things are easier now! Zoey is 9 or 10 days old now. She is definitely a girl. I feel like she needs chicken friends, but she’s healthy, happy, and she loves me. I’ve done a lot of research but it’s my first time owning my own chicken any advice is appreciated😁

I have a set up for her, but she doesn’t like to be alone because she needs a chick friend. I want to get another chick. He said he will build a coop in the backyard & he wants eggs.

She thinks I’m her mom. I’m a momma hen lol. I know it’s a girl for a fact I’ve studied and checked her butt. (My housemate hates roosters I had to make sure) i’m raising her the best way I know how given that I found her unexpectedly when she was about one day old. She eats a lot, drinks a lot of water, and poops A LOT lol
