What should I do?

Update: I’ll move the heat lamp away and trust in Maisa’s ability to warm her chicks herself. Our coop is 15 degrees celcius at the moment so she’ll manage fine I think. I will update more once the 3 remaining eggs hatch. Thank you to everyone for your help and more tips are ofcourse more than welcome!🩷🐣

One of my hen, Maisa is currently having her first chicks ever. 3 hatched and are very lively and happy. Out of nine eggs total, we had one that hatched too soon and didn’t make it and two that hatched succesfully and seemed fine but before they even dried I found them dead. I’m worried Maisa might be killing them without giving them a chance and now I’m worried for the last 3 that haven’t hatched yet. I do not own an incubator and I wonder if I could/should somehow let them hatch and dry out myself and give them back to Maisa then.

I know it’s kind of silly and I have done so much research when she started brooding them, but I’m still so worried. I don’t want to bury anymore baby chicks.😔 She is not stressed, eats and drinks and gets vitamin meant for chicken with her water. Our coop is warm and they have a safe area where other chicken and roosters can’t get to. Have we just had bad luck with two chicks in a row?
